Utility and Tax Rates for THE TOWN OF HOBGOOD  

Electric Rates:

·        Residential rate: $8.00 base and $00.125 per KWh

·        Commercial rate: $9.50 base and $00.125 per KWh to 2000 KWh, over 2000 KWh $00.10 per KWh.

Demand over 10 KW are $7.00 per KW.

 

Water Rates:

·        In town rate: $9.00 base and $1.75 per 1000 gal of water

·        Out of town rate: $15.50 base and $2.80 per 1000 gal of water

 

Sanitation:

·        Residential rate: $12.00 per month

·        Business rate: $35.00 per month

 

Sewer Rate:

    $18.00 base and $4.50 per 1000 gal

    

Real Estate Taxes:

·        $00.50 per $100.00 evaluation
